FAQs
Daycare
How old does my dog need to be in order to attend daycare?
Dogs must be at least 6 months old in order to attend daycare.
Does my dog need to be spayed/neutered in order to attend daycare?
We do require that all dogs are spayed or neutered before starting daycare.
Do you provide daycare on the weekends?
No, we do NOT have daycare service on the weekends. We are open for daycare from 7 a.m. - 7 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Can I see the entire daycare space?
For the safety of our daycare dogs and staff, we are unable to bring clients into the daycare. The introduction of a "stranger" into an otherwise predictable space creates unnecessary arousal, which could lead to dangerous reactivity among the dogs. Much of our outdoor space, however, is visible from our driveway and office windows.
What is your interview process for new dogs?
On your scheduled first day, we ask that you arrive between 7 - 7:30 am so that your dog can greet all of our current daycare dogs one at a time instead off all at once. New dogs should stay until at least noon so that they have time to decompress and get acclimated with our facility and staff, however they are welcome to stay longer if needed. At the end of their trial day, one of our managers will give you a detailed rundown of your dog's day along with any recommendations for future daycare visits.
